Mindfulness is sweeping the wellbeing world. Join me for a look into how mindfulness can impact physical and mental health, and the changes that can happen when you introduce the practice into your life.

The aim of my talk is to explain to people what mindfulness is and how it can impact their overall wellbeing. I will refer to the studies on mindfulness outcomes, and cover how it is believed to have these impacts. If there is time I will refer to some cases of where mindfulness has made a difference in my clinical practice.

The preferred audience is really anyone who seeks to know more about mindfulness, or wants to learn how to increase their general wellbeing.
